This album is just a pure pop banger, so many good tracks. Michael may be one of my favourite tracks that I’ve heard this year (I’m late to this album)

I just love listening to Soccer Mommy sing. The quality of the vocals reach into my soul and make me feel, despite the fact that (as is usually the case with me) the lyrics themselves pass me by. I just want to sit in the wash of words and let the emotion sink into me.

This album really gets going with Driver, turns into a beautiful haze in Some Sunny Day and Changes, and just keeps giving thereafter. Big fan. Her debut album Clean will always be a high bar to reach again, but this is still a brilliant record and one that I shall be returning to often.

I think this is a stonker of an album with no dud tracks. The intensity of its feel-good vibes has me dancing around the kitchen on every listen (assuming I am in the kitchen). Special shout outs to Baddy on the Floor (obv), Dafodil, Life, and The Feeling I Get From You.

Rated down half a point because maybe it’s too predictable. But I’m usually a ‘more of the same is fine by me, as long as it bangs’ kinda guy, so it’s no biggie
