On the one hand Gonzales is angry about being boxed in the Piano Muzak Corner and he writes very well-versed poems like Neoclassical Massacre against, but on the other hand you'll still find calm piano tracks like fidelio or cadenza.

This album is in need of a lot more anger. Or his early overjoyous grandezza.

But please do give this album a spin. Neoclassical Massacre and I.C.E. (sung in German) are very good songs.
