Ricercar
A ricercar ( REE-chər-KAR, Italian: [ritʃerˈkar]) or ricercare ( REE-chər-KAR-ay, Italian: [ritʃerˈkaːre]) is a type of late Renaissance and mostly early Baroque instrumental composition.
