Salvo (formerly Pain) is a 14-member band from the southeastern United States. Originally formed by Alabama high school friends, Pain played music variously described as pop punk, punk rock, and ska; toured worldwide; and released four albums. Though the group was effectively in stasis after the bandleader left, they reformed in 2019 as Salvo, and released a new album called Off the Charts.
