Nazan Öncel (Turkish pronunciation: [naːˈzan œnˈdʒæl]; born 6 February 1956) is a Turkish singer-songwriter. She also does the arrangements for most of them and has written songs for such singers as Tarkan and İbrahim Tatlıses.
