Dschinghis Khan (German pronunciation: [ˌdʒɪŋɡɪs ˈkaːn]; "Genghis Khan") is a German Eurodisco pop band. It was originally formed in Munich in 1979 to compete in the Eurovision Song Contest with their song "Dschinghis Khan".
