five years later (and post-brat), i think this is still charli's standout release. charli is a perfectly curated demonstration of her versatility and demonstration of the growth she experienced with the mixtapes that preceded this. razor sharp melodies with affecting lyricism (white mercedes, official, thoughts) beautifully contrasts with production with textures that still melt my brain ((click, shake it). i adore this with my whole heart.

"gone" is also a contender for the best pop song of the 2010s and i'll throw hands over it
