Saudade for Beginners

Love this album. I remember when I had an internship as a research assistant for a nonfiction writer in Boston in 2010, he once asked me what I was listening to... I tried to explain to him that I was listening to "chiptune saudade" and it flew over his head at a million miles per hour. I did not play him any of the music because I was too embarrassed, but if it happened today, I absolutely would make him listen to it.

And to the live Blip Festival recording of Minha Caipirina E Otima from 2008. One of the best concert recordings I have ever gotten my hands on. I love a concert recording where the individual yelps from the crowd feel like they're adding to the track, haha.
