Kazuyuki Okitsu (興津和幸, Okitsu Kazuyuki, born March 8, 1980) is a Japanese voice actor and narrator. After he graduated from the Osaka University of Arts, he was initially represented by the RME talent agency. However, since May 2007, he has been affiliated with Kekke Corporation.
